C' harbr (pronounced 'sea harbour') is an acronym for Cindy, Harry, Arielle and Brennan, the human component of the pack.

We're a small home based breeder and enthusiasts of the beautiful Portuguese Water Dog (PWD) breed .

Our family is dedicated to preserving the integrity of the breed and to educate the general public about the remarkable qualities of this truly unique animal.

We take pleasure in conformation showing, obedience and water work (training and trialing) and so much more with our dogs.
